Converse Desk From Salesforce1 On Mobile 1.58

After enabling the Converse Desk on SF1, the user can access the Converse Desk on the SF1 through the mobile device. The user can see all the conversations in the Inbox of the Converse Desk.

To access the Converse Desk from SF1 on the mobile, do the following:

1. Open SF1 on the mobile.
2. Open the navigation menu and select Converse Desk.  
 
3. Select what conversations to see.  
 
4. The user can open any conversation in the Converse Desk and reply accordingly.
