Create Campaigns using Converse App

  1. On the Campaign Builder page, under Campaign Type, click Select from Converse App. The converse app selection fields appear.

  2. Under Trigger Message, click Select to define the message template that needs to be sent out to trigger customer response during the campaign.

  3. Hover over the template you wish to add to your campaign and click Select and Modify. The Modify Template panel appears.

  4. Enter the following details:
    • Under Template Name, enter a name for the template.
    • Under Template Text, enter the new text you want to assign to the template.
    • Under Sender ID, select the relevant Sender ID.
  5. Click Add to Campaign. The Campaign Builder page appears displaying the selected template.

  6. Under Converse App, click Select to associate the converse app that will help you run the campaign.

  7. Hover over the Converse App and then click Modify. The Modify Converse App page appears.

  8. Click Add Flow to add another message flow. The Message flow edit page appears. For information about adding message flow, see Add Message Flow.

  9. Click .
  10. Edit the following details:
    • Under Description, enter a brief objective for the campaign.
    • Under Sender Id, select the Sender ID to whom you want to send the campaign.
    • Under Template, select the existing template.
    • Click Edit next to the Template text. The text area appears in the edit mode.

    • Type a new template text.
    • Click Save. The text is updated.
    It is important to test the Sender ID for every template as it varies for different organizations.
    • Click Save Changes.
    • Click Save & Add to Campaign. The Converse App appears in the Campaign Builder page.
