SMS Magic App can be installed into following Salesforce editions:

• Professional Edition
• Enterprise Edition
• Unlimited Edition 
• Force.com Edition 
• Developer Edition
• Performance Edition

In case you want to trigger the Apex Code, Enterprise and Unlimited Edition is mandatory.
