Customize Conversation Topic View 1.58
- Log in to Salesforce and access SMS-Magic Converse.
- Click the Converse Settings tab.
- Click the Conversations section on the left.
- Click the Converse Desk Layouts tab.
- Under Conversation Topic, select the object.
- Under Template Name, select the relevant templates from the drop-down lists.
- Under Field Name, select the relevant name for the field from the drop-down list.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the Converse Desk Layouts tab page.
