Compliance Overview 1.59

In the Compliance section, you can configure the compliance settings for the user’s organization. This compliance settings are in accordance to the message compliance rules and regulations of the user’s country.

It is important that you choose the compliance type carefully. Once chosen, you cannot change the compliance settings later.

 Choose one of the following options:

  • Opt-In Compliance — The user cannot send messages customers unless they are opted in.
  • Opt-Out Compliance — The user can continue to send messages to customers until they opt out.
