Pre-requisites

Before you start conversing with your customers using the SMS-Magic mobile app, make sure to fulfill the following prerequisites:

  • Install the app on your iOS or Android device
  • Customer should have an active SMS-Magic account with an active plan (Start Your Conversation, Grow Your Conversation, Old Plan)
  • User needs to have an SMS-Magic Salesforce or Portal license
  • SMS-Magic application basic setup should be completed (In CRM or customer portal)
  • Message credits should be available
