Subscription Service/License for SMS Magic Interact and Converse
For any subscription service, you can apply for a refund only within 3 days of making the purchase. The amount will be refunded to you after deducting the applicable service charge for the current billing month, at the time of Cancellation; plus Payment Gateway charges.
SMS Packs
The SMS Packs you order from this website, can be refunded within 3 days of the purchase date. We will refund the amount after deducting the charge for any SMS sent from this pack; plus Payment Gateway charges. Standard charge will be deducted for the SMSs sent as per our Price Sheet.
How to Apply for Refund?
To apply for refund, please send us an email on care@staging.txtbox.in with the Subject: Refund. Please include the Invoice number and the Product Item Description in your email.
