{"id":652,"date":"2019-10-30T10:51:40","date_gmt":"2019-10-30T10:51:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/zoho\/?post_type=lsvr_kba&#038;p=652"},"modified":"2020-04-24T05:20:30","modified_gmt":"2020-04-24T05:20:30","slug":"add-new-user-on-existing-sms-magic-account","status":"publish","type":"lsvr_kba","link":"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/zoho\/knowledge-base\/add-new-user-on-existing-sms-magic-account\/","title":{"rendered":"Add new user on existing SMS-Magic Account"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Login to your <strong>Zoho CRM<\/strong> account as an Administrator.<\/li><li>Go to <strong>Setup<\/strong> and select <strong>Users<\/strong> in <strong>Users and Control<\/strong>. <br> <figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/zoho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/10\/Picture-1.png\"><\/figure><\/figure> <br> <\/li><li><strong>Add<\/strong> a new user. <br> <figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sms-magic.com\/docs\/zoho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/10\/zoho2.png\"><\/figure><\/figure> <br> <\/li><li>Verify and activate the new user on <strong>Zoho CRM<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Login with this newly created user in <strong>Zoho CRM<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/app.sms-magic.com\">app.sms-magic.com<\/a> site in the same browser, select <strong>Zoho CRM<\/strong> option from <strong>Sign In<\/strong> options <br> <figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sms-magic.com\/docs\/zoho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/10\/zoho3.png\"><\/figure><\/figure> <br> <\/li><li>Select <strong>Zoho CRM<\/strong> domain based upon domain you are using. <br> <figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sms-magic.com\/docs\/zoho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/10\/zoho4.png\"><\/figure><\/figure> <br> <\/li><li>Click \u201c<strong>Accept<\/strong>\u201d to allow SMS-Magic to access data in your <strong>Zoho CRM<\/strong> account. <br> <figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sms-magic.com\/docs\/zoho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/10\/zoho5.png\"><\/figure><\/figure> <br> <\/li><li>Click \u201c<strong>I Agree<\/strong>\u201d button once this page appears as shown below. <br> <figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sms-magic.com\/docs\/zoho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/10\/zoho6.png\"><\/figure><\/figure> <br> <\/li><li>Go to&nbsp;<strong>Account Info<\/strong>&nbsp;and check if the Account ID is connected to the existing account for user addition.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><div class=\"c-alert-message\">\nThe Account ID should be the same after user addition. If there is a different Account ID in place the user was not added to the existing Account.\n<\/div><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go back to <strong>Zoho CRM<\/strong> (login with new user which you wanted to add), select the lead\/contact records and click on \u201c<strong>Send<\/strong> <strong>SMS<\/strong>\u201d button to check if user is able to use SMS-Magic. <br> <figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sms-magic.com\/docs\/zoho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/10\/zoho7.png\"><\/figure><\/figure> <br> <\/li><li>The new user is redirected to <strong>Send SMS<\/strong> screen on <strong>SMS Magic Portal <\/strong>.<br> <figure><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sms-magic.com\/docs\/zoho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/10\/zoho8.png\"><\/figure><\/figure> <br> <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">\nReach out to care@screen-magic.com if the CRM is creating new account.\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Login to your Zoho CRM account as an Administrator.
