If the Zoho customer has enabled IP restriction, then IP Whitelisting is necessary to access the SMS-Magic application. If the whitelisting is not done for the necessary IPs, then the Zoho customer is unable to login to the SMS-Magic application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
