\nFollow these steps:\n<\/span>\n

  1. Go to the Contacts module from which you want to send the single or Bulk SMS message and one or multiple records of that module.\n\n<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the Send Bulk SMS button. The SMS-Magic Portal appears.\n

    \nIf you are unable to view the Send SMS or Send Bulk SMS button you need to configure it for your login view. \nRefer to topic on Send SMS button<\/a> or Send Bulk SMS Button<\/a> for more details on configuring the button.\n<\/div>\n

  3. Select the required number of recipients to whom you want to send the message.<\/li>\n

  5. On the right, select the desired SenderID and template. The pre-defined template text will appear in the text area provided.<\/li>\n
  6. If you do not select a template, type the message in the text area provided.\n\n<\/li>\n
  7. Click Next. The Message preview appears displaying a preview of the message text, the number of recipients, to whom the SMS is being sent, and the corresponding number of credits being deducted.\n\n<\/li>\n
  8. Click View Recipient List. The recipient preview list appears.\n
    \nThis is only a view list and details cannot be edited.\n\n<\/li>\n
  9. Close the preview list.<\/li>\n
  10. On the message preview page, click Send. The confirmation message appears.\n\n

    \nIf you have insufficient credits an error appears to inform you of the need to top up your credits. Click Buy Credits to buy additional credits and resend the message.\n<\/div>\n

  11. Click Send. The Sent Message confirmation pop-up window appears.\n\n<\/li>\n
  12. \nDo one of the following:\n

    • Click Go to Zoho CRM if you wish to return to Zoho; or<\/li>\n
