You send messages using a Send SMS button on the List View of Leads and Contacts Modules, as shown in the figure.

\n\n<\/p>\nYou can also configure the Send SMS button right on the detail view of the record.\n
\nTo add the Send SMS button to the detail view of a record, follow the steps below:\n<\/span>\n

  1. In your Zoho CRM account, navigate to Setup > Customization > Modules<\/b> and choose the module in which you wish to add the Send SMS button.\n\n<\/li>\n
  2. Go to the Links and Buttons<\/b> tab. The Send SMS <\/b>button is already created for List View Page. <\/li>\n\n
  3. Click the Create New Button<\/b>.\n\n<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the details for creating the button:\n

    • Button Name<\/b>: Name for the Send SMS button<\/li>\n
    • Placement of Button<\/b>: Choose View Page as the location.<\/li>\n
    • Action<\/b>: Choose Invoke a URL.\n\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

        URL for creating button on Leads:<\/h4>\n
        \nhttps:\/\/app.sms-magic.com\/zoho\/#\/campaignSendSms?recordIds=${Leads.Lead Id}&phoneField=Mobile&objectName=Lead\n<\/li>\n

        URL for creating button on Contacts:<\/h4>\n
        \nhttps:\/\/app.sms-magic.com\/zoho\/#\/campaignSendSms?recordIds=${Contacts.Contact Id}&phoneField=Mobile&objectName=Contact\n<\/li>\n
      • \n

        URL for creating button on Accounts:<\/h4>\n
        \nhttps:\/\/app.sms-magic.com\/zoho\/#\/campaignSendSms?recordIds=${Accounts.Account Id}&phoneField=Phone&objectName=Account\n<\/li>\n
        \n
        \nThis button will pick up the phone number stored in the Mobile field.\n<\/div>\n
        \nYou can create new URL for Custom Modules by navigating to Get Started > Configure > Button Configuration<\/b> on SMS-Magic Portal.<\/span>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Choose how you want that URL to open, then click Save<\/b>. \n\n<\/li>\n
