\nTo create the Send Bulk SMS Button:\n<\/span>\n

  1. On the app portal main menu click Get Started<\/b> and then click Step 3 Configure<\/b>. The Button Configuration<\/b>section appears.\n\n<\/li>\n
  2. Under Choose Module<\/b>, select the module where you want to add the button. For example, Contacts<\/li>\n
  3. Under Choose Phone Field<\/b>, select Mobile<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Generate Send SMS URL<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  5. Copy the URL that is generated.<\/li>\n
  6. In your Zoho CRM account, under the Contacts<\/b> module, select all the contacts to whom you want to send the message.The Send SMS<\/b> button is enabled.\n\n<\/li>\n
  7. Click next to Send SMS<\/b> and then select Create<\/b> button. The Links and Buttons<\/b> tab page appears.\n\n<\/li>\n
  8. Enter the details for creating the button:\n
      \n
    • Button Name<\/b>: Type a Name for the button. For example, Bulk SMS Button.<\/li>\n
    • Placement of Button<\/b>: Choose a location where you want to see the button. For example, List View Page.<\/li>\n
    • Action<\/b>: Choose Invoke a URL. The Construct a URL section appears.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n
    • Paste the URL copied earlier or use the given URLs depending on the module you have selected:

      • URL for creating button on Leads:<\/h4>\n

        URL for creating button on Contacts:<\/h4>\n
        \nhttps:\/\/app.sms-magic.com\/app\/#\/zoho-send-sms?recordIds=${Contacts.Contact Id}&phoneField=Mobile&objectName=Contacts\n<\/li>\n

        URL for creating button on Accounts:<\/h4>\n

      • Under Where do you want to show the content of the button action?<\/b> select New Tab<\/b>.<\/li>\n
      • Specify the profiles to whom you want the button to be visible.<\/li>\n
