SMS-Magic provides you the option to configure the Sender ID for your organization.\n\n \n\nFollow these steps to create a sender ID:\n<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li>You can view all the incoming numbers and Sender IDs by navigating to SMS-Services &gt; Coverage on the SMS-Magic Portal.\n<br>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/zoho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/10\/sender-id-1.png\" \/>\n<br><br>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">\nYou will be required to provision incoming number or Sender IDs by contacting us at care@sms-magic.com.\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>From the top menu in Zoho CRM, go to the SMS SenderID module.\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/zoho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/10\/sender-id-2.png\" \/>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on + icon to create a new sender ID.\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/zoho\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/10\/sender-id-3.png\" \/>\n<\/li>\n<li>Enter the SMS SenderID Name for your reference and the Sender ID you want to use.\n<br><br>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">\nBy default, a sender ID is assigned to the current user and will be visible to owner of the sender ID. You can share the Sender ID record by setting sharing rules for a particular group or profile. See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zoho.com\/crm\/help\/security\/data-sharing-rules.html\">Data Sharing Rules<\/a> to learn more about sharing records.\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Your Sender ID is now ready for use.
