The user configures the templates depending on the objects that are associated with the Converse application. The user uses readymade templates to create Converse Apps for different types of campaigns such as Drip Campaign, Surveys, Double-Opt-In(s), Event Reminders, and other types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Converse Apps are automation templates that can be configured once and used multiple times using Salesforce automation like Process or Workflow builder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Converse Apps dashboard displays the apps created that are based on the objects configured to the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">The Converse App feature is disabled for all the customers. If you want to enable this feature, then contact care@sms-magic.com.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Before using Converse Apps, the following prerequisites need to be completed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>SMS-Magic version is 1.50 or higher<\/li><li>Configure the Objects to associate with the app<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p_Normal\">Along with the\u00a0Converse Desk, the\u00a0Converse App\u00a0helps the\u00a0Campaign Manager\u00a0to enable teams to run campaigns using templates (or apps). The Converse App Dashboard is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/converse-apps-1.59-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"p_Heading2 wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"f_Heading2\">App Detail Page<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p_Normal\">You can expand Individual apps displayed on the Dashboard to view its details. The App details page is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/converse-apps-1.59-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The\u00a0App\u00a0details page provides you with the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Widget<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Description<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>SMS Credits Consumed<\/td><td>Displays the SMS credits consumed for using the app.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>App Action<\/td><td>Displays how many templates, automation, and bulk campaigns are part of the app.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>SMS Stats<\/td><td>Displays the total number of messages sent. Out of the total messages sent the user can see the number of messages delivery success and the number of messages delivery failed.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Response Stats<\/td><td>Displays the response rate of the messages sent. From the response rate the user can also see the number of responses to outgoing messages and the number of responses to incoming messages.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Conversations<\/td><td>Displays the conversations that are associated with the app. The user can create a new message and access the Converse Desk.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Details<\/td><td>Displays a list of the actions taken with the app.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;App&nbsp;detail page enables you to perform the following actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Actions<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Description<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>App Status<\/td><td>Set the status of the app. The status can be:<br>Draft \/ Active \/ Paused \/ Closed \/ Archived<br>For bulk campaign configuration, the status is set to\u00a0<strong>Active<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Edit<\/td><td>Here you can edit the\u00a0<strong>App<\/strong>\u00a0details:<br>App Name<br>App Description<br>The\u00a0<strong>Object<\/strong>\u00a0value cannot be changed.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Setup<\/td><td>Here you set up the necessary templates and SMS sending instructions for the app.<br><strong>Templates<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Create the SMS message template for the app. This template is used in the automation or bulk campaign of sending of the SMS.<br><strong>Automation<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Create an automated message flow for the app.<br><strong>Bulk Campaign<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Set the app to\u00a0<strong>Active<\/strong>\u00a0status to enable bulk campaign.
