Please contact your SMS-Magic account manager to know more about custom plans.)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n<ol>\n<p><strong>To buy a subscription plan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<li>Log in to SMS-Magic Converse App.<\/li><br>\n<li>Click <strong>Buy Plan.<\/strong> The Pricing and Plan page appears.<br>\n<p>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">\nThe following scenarios enable you to buy plans:\n<ul>\n<li>If you have a trial plan running.<\/li>\n<li>If you have a plan for which the trial period has expired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nYou can also extend the trial if you do not wish to upgrade immediately and want to continue with the trial plan.\n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Upgrade Plan <\/strong>if you wish to move to an advanced plan. The Pricing and Plan page appears<\/li><br>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/11\/pricing.png\"><\/p>\n<li>Select the Country where your business is located in and CRM for which you want to purchase the subscription from the Country and CRM drop-down menus respectively on the right.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Bill Monthly<\/strong> to choose a monthly plan or <strong>Bill Annually<\/strong> to choose an annual subscription plan. The checkout page appears.\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">\nBuying Subscription plans from Converse Home option is available only for Start and Grow plans. The Pricing &amp; Plans page appears to help you choose a new plan.\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Message Credits \u2013 You can include additional message credits to increase the default credits assigned to your plan.<\/li>\n<li>Phone Numbers \u2013 You can assign additional phone numbers to your existing plan.<\/li>\n<li>Basic User License \u2013 You can add basic user licenses. This is useful for Start Plan users who can purchase only the required number of basic user licenses and not the entire plan.<\/li>\n<li>Power User License \u2013 You can add power user licenses. This is useful for Grow Plan users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Checkout Now<\/b>. The SMS-Magic login page appears.<\/li><br>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5517 alignnone size-medium\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/11\/checkout_login.png\"><\/p>\n<li>Log in with your relevant CRM subscription\/Portal ID or sign up if you do not have an existing Portal subscription.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Sign in and Check Out<\/b>. The available options are:\n<ul>\n<li><b>Credit\/Debit Card <\/b> &#8211; You can add new card details if there are no existing card details provided.<\/li>\n<li><b>Wire Transfer<\/b> &#8211; Wire transfer details to SMS-Magic are auto-pupulated on the page. Please provide your account details to proceed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Confirm and Pay<\/b>.
