The permissions are set so that there is access control for users of the Salesforce Org interacting with\u00a0SMS-Magic Converse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_Normal\"><strong>Permission are of the following categories:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p_Bullet1\"><span class=\"f_Bullet1\">Permission Sets<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p_Bullet1\"><span class=\"f_Bullet1\">Custom Permissions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p_Normal\">The\u00a0Permission Sets\u00a0are preset by SMS-Magic while the\u00a0Custom Permissions\u00a0are customized permissions based on the requirements of the user\u2019s organization.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_Normal\">For users to access various features and functions of\u00a0SMS-Magic Converse\u00a0the Admin defines a set of configurations. These permission sets can be found in the user\u2019s profiles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_Normal\">Users can have only one profile but can have multiple permission sets depending on the Salesforce edition. As the Admin, you can assign permission sets to various types of users, regardless of their profiles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p_Normal\"><strong>You can assign the following permission sets to users:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<table class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><tbody><tr><th>Permission<\/th><th>Description<\/th><\/tr><tr><td>SMS Converse Conversation User<\/td><td>The permission enables user to send messages, using&nbsp;<strong>SMS-Magic Converse<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>SMS Converse Template Author<\/td><td>The permission enables a user to edit and create a SMS template, using&nbsp;<strong>SMS-Magic Converse<\/strong>.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>SMS Converse Permission Set<\/td><td>The permission is the superset of the other two permission sets.
