By default, as the Admin user setting up&nbsp;SMS-Magic Converse, you are the first license holder. Only licensed users can access&nbsp;SMS-Magic Converse.<\/p>\n<p>The User Management screen displays the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan type you have purchased<\/li>\n<li>The total number of licenses assigned to the Plan type<\/li>\n<li>The number of available licenses<\/li>\n<li>The number of licenses used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the number of users is more than the number of licenses available, the Admin can purchase more licenses by connecting with&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:care@screen-magic.com\">care@screen-magic.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You can add more users by clicking&nbsp;<strong>Add New<\/strong>&nbsp;and entering at least three characters to search for name or email addresses. After adding the new user, the following happens:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A license is consumed from the available licenses.<\/li>\n<li><span>The new user is listed in the&nbsp;<\/span><span>User\u2019s List<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">You can only add active users.<\/div>\n<p>You can remove a user from the&nbsp;User\u2019s List&nbsp;and free a license for reuse. After confirming the removal of a user, the following happens:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A license is added to the available licenses.<\/li>\n<li>The user is removed from the&nbsp;<\/span><span>User\u2019s List<\/span><span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can also associate user licenses directly to a profile. All users within that profile will be eligible to use that license. However, if the number of users sharing that profile exceeds the available licenses then you will have to purchase additional license.<\/p>\n<h4>Add A User<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Under <strong>Converse Settings<\/strong>, click <strong>User Management<\/strong>.\n<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/usermgmnt_1.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Under <strong>User Management<\/strong>, click <strong>Add New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter at least three characters to search for the name or email addresses. The selected user name appears as shown.\n<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/usermgmnt_2.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Select the users or profiles from the list.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Assign License<\/strong> to select the license type you want to assign to the user. The user\/profile details appear as shown.\n<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/usermgmnt_3.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <strong>Add<\/strong>. The new user\/profiles appear on the User Management List.\n<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/usermgmnt_4.jpg\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">A license is deducted from the Available License box.<br>If users within a profile exceed the number of available licenses then the following message appears:<br>&#8220;You have exceeded the limit on the number of users that can use SMS-Magic. You can purchase additional licenses by sending an email to care@sms-magic.com.&#8221;<\/div>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Remove A User<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to User Management section in the Converse Settings tab.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/usermgmnt_4.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/icon-16.jpg\">next to the user in the User\u2019s List. The <strong>Remove User <\/strong>pop-up window appears.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/usermgmnt_5.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <strong>Remove<\/strong> to delete the user in the Remove User pop-up.
