SMS-Magic Converse App is&nbsp; Native Saleforce.com Application that installs into your current Salesforce instance. Someone with a Salesforce administrator profile must install and configure&nbsp; SMS-Magic Converse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is recommended you first install and test SMS-Magic Converse in the Salesforce.com sandbox account. Click <strong>Get it Now<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Select either <strong>Install in a Production Environment<\/strong>, or <strong>Install in a Sandbox <\/strong>option.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: It is recommended to install in a Sandbox Org to test your installation. Scroll Down to Confirm installation Details section and click <strong>Edit Profile<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/9i4q9oxrsxN0uXEjvJ6ltEbTvt1uP_Ykr1EH-40EpcmrUe56Hd2-d9H9CyxPpkEvvlmeyzZ-bNGq_k2T7m4aj1Tajb6Ysjbe1yEENxPNS8Qn6loVKdnJEmwH5O1P7SAyogbKC9ZK\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Select the Terms and Conditions checkbox and click <strong>Confirm and Install<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Select the appropriate option from the ones described below.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>There are 3 options to choose from when determining the security level that will be used during installation and when upgrading to new versions of SMS Magic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/wyLwDHuCQ8WIqI1EVJW1LULMfcwCpWr17BRecKLS6eDWRrX8QV1BcsHBFEgR9xlAi2IDgqaNGDObUIdEtA9HHYeaIsHqrrMafrV3vF9sil-4Du3GXWbkZQPT16e1d3F9301CMGQW\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Install for Admins Only &#8211; Users with your profile get full access&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Use this option if you want all SF Admins to have full access to SMS Magic, in the event an SMS Magic License is assigned to that user. When you\u2019re ready to give other users access, you will do so by editing the profile or assigning permission sets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Install for All Users &#8211; All internal custom profiles get full access&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Use this option if you want all users who are assigned to a custom profile to have full access to SMS Magic, in the event an SMS Magic License is assigned to that user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Install for Specific Profiles&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Use this option if you want to install SMS Magic to specific profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If this installation is fresh, then click <strong>Install<\/strong>.
