It will show the number of known contacts against configured messaging objects who have provided the consent to receive messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/RJLETX48T0t-_KzdjihAD1FEXbE9pVt-bPkpAY_a5hTJ4bFpA5etyuGCjZ36-A98EdJmGWOcoTWKFeTHpa9uWD6VIuhuNJvtgWXOUrShKvRYyHmz3yQylGRIHrQeMv-LkB1dcgUp\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>a. Messaging Object<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is a top-level filter based on the MoC set during SMS-Magic Converse app setup. The list of all \u2018Primary MoC\u2019&nbsp; will appear in the dropdown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>b. Total Messaging&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the filter selected as the Messaging object, the \u2018Total messaging\u2019 dashboard will indicate the name as Total Messaging &lt;Messaging Object&gt;\u2019, and will display the&nbsp; \u2018count of unique objects\u2019 in the Salesforce org.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e.g.Here, in the image, the count of total messaging for Contact object, and 6 is the count for the number of messaging contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>c. Reachable Opted-in dashboard<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the filter selected as the Messaging object, the \u2018Reachable opted in\u2019 dashboard, will indicate the name as&nbsp; \u2018Reachable Opted in &lt;Messaging Object&gt;\u2019, and the \u2018count of unique objects with consent\u2019, i.e number of opt-in in the Salesforce org.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e.g.in the image, the count for reachable opted in Contact object is 5, also expressed in percentage ie 83%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>d. Consent Status dashboard<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the filter selected as the Messaging object, the Consent Status dashboard will show a pie chart depiction of the consent status for Opt-in, opt-out, Pending, unknown and double opt-in.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total of all the numbers sum up to 100%<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>e. Opt-in by Content type<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the filter selected as the Messaging object, the chart indicates the ratio of Opt-in to a Total number of contacts and Opt-out to a total number of contacts.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sum of Opt-in and opt-out for a Content-type cannot exceed 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><div class=\"c-alert-message\">\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> When there are more than 5 Content types,&nbsp; the dashboard&nbsp; will show top 4 based on total consent record count, and club all others together in the last legend on the chart as \u2018Others\u2019.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This dashboard will show you the overall consent status at the org level.
