{"id":4801,"date":"2020-07-03T11:11:50","date_gmt":"2020-07-03T11:11:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/?post_type=lsvr_kba&#038;p=4801"},"modified":"2020-07-03T14:21:17","modified_gmt":"2020-07-03T14:21:17","slug":"global-navigation-overview","status":"publish","type":"lsvr_kba","link":"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/knowledge-base\/global-navigation-overview\/","title":{"rendered":"Overview"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Global Navigation allows you to interact with all of your application modules from a single interface.&nbsp; All the horizontal navigation tabs are now available in simplified vertically arranged navigation.This menu will be available under the single navigation tab \u2018SMS-Magic Converse\u2019 inside the SMS-Magic Converse application in Salesforce.This feature will be available in the Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning version.Feature accessibility will remain as per plan and profile\/user level permissions assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Accessing Global Navigation from other Salesforce app tabs:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Lightning experience, when the user is using the \u201cSales\u201d app, the user can search for the \u201cSMS-Magic Converse\u201d tab in the app launcher and access the \u201cSMS-Magic Converse\u201d tab within the \u201cSales\u201d app without switching the current application. Similarly in Classic experience, users can access the \u201cSMS-Magic Converse\u201d tab from the \u201cAll Tabs\u201d list. All tabs can be accessed by clicking the \u201cAll Tabs\u201d button in the main navigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>however, if you have installed SMS-Magic Converse&nbsp; v1.61 for the first time, you will land on the \u201cSMS-Magic setup\u201d page.
