Perform the following steps to manually set up Email Services:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li>Click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/setup_icon.jpg\">on the Salesforce navigation bar and then click <b>Setup<\/b>.\n<\/li><br>\n<li>Select <b>Email Services<\/b> by:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the <b>Search Setup\/Quick Find search<\/b> field, or<\/li>\n<li>Select <b>Platform Tools &gt; Custom Code &gt; Email Services<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Click <b>New Email Service<\/b>.\n<\/li><br><p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/setup-email-services-2.jpg\">\n<\/p>\n<br><p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/setup-email-services-3.jpg\">\n<\/p>\n<li>Enter <b><i>NotificationReplyService<\/i><\/b> in the Email Service Name field. This is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Enter <b><i>EmailToTextServiceHandler<\/i><\/b> in the Apex Class field.
