For new compliance support, an interface detail record should be created. Please follow the below steps to create one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to setup => In quick find box search metadata.<\/li>\n
  2. Open custom metadata types => a list of records will be displayed.<\/li>\n
  3. Open ‘Interface Details’ metadata from the list.<\/li>\n
  4. Click on ‘Manage Interface details’ button => click on ‘New’ button. => Fill the below details and then click on the ‘save’ button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\nLabel = CAMPAIGN MANAGER.  (Interface Details Name will auto-populate.)

    \nInterface Category = Bulk.

    Please also note that Object-specific ‘Record ID’ is mandatory for all the reports that are used to run any Campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
