This section will help you enable notifications which in turn will help you to stay up to date always whenever you receive a message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to Converse Settings<\/li><li>Click on Sender ID and Assignment on the left.<\/li><li>Choose a <strong>Sender<\/strong> <strong>ID<\/strong> and click &nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/10\/icon-3.jpg\"> and click <strong>Assign to Users<\/strong>. <\/li><li>Type in a name and select once it appears in the dropdown.<\/li><li>Click &nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/10\/icon-3.jpg\">and click <strong>Manage<\/strong> <strong>Notifications<\/strong> to enable notification.<\/li><li>In the <strong>Manage<\/strong> <strong>Notification<\/strong> pop-up window verify the pre-filled details.<\/li><li>Select an <strong>Email<\/strong> <strong>Template<\/strong> if you wish to use some other template in place of the default template.<\/li><li>Select an <strong>Email<\/strong> <strong>ID<\/strong> if you wish to be notified through that.<\/li><li>Select <strong>Enable<\/strong> from <strong>Do you want to enable Email To Text setting<\/strong> and a new drop down appears.<\/li><li>Select an <strong>Email<\/strong> <strong>ID<\/strong> if required or continue with the default notification method.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Enable<\/strong> Notification on incoming using the toggle.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"474\" height=\"676\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/01\/Screenshot-2020-01-28-at-2.03.24-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4617\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/01\/Screenshot-2020-01-28-at-2.03.24-PM.png 474w, https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/01\/Screenshot-2020-01-28-at-2.03.24-PM-210x300.png 210w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 474px) 100vw, 474px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"c-alert-message\">If Manage Notifications is not configured in the Sender ID section the Global Configuration will handle the notifications.
