Message notifications are an important functionality that keeps you updated on all incoming messages. SMS-Magic Converse provides multiple ways in which you can be notified when you receive a new message. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To create a notification to users message flow, do the following<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Go to the App detail<\/strong> page and click Setup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. From the list select Automation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. From the Setup Automation Campaign<\/strong> dialog, select the number of steps that are part of the message flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. On the Message Flow<\/strong> configuration page, select the Notification to Users <\/strong>flow type. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

5. Enter the keyword for the message flow in the Keyword<\/strong> field. The keyword is decided by the user. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Enter the name of the message flow in the Name<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Enter a short description of the message flow in the Description<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Select the sender ID in the Sender ID<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Select the action trigger in the Message Flow Trigger<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Select the template in the Template<\/strong> field. The text of the template is displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
