The Converse Inbox provides a smaller and more compact view of all conversations.<\/p>\n<h3>View from Record Details<\/h3>\n<p>If you have added Converse Inbox to a record page such as lead or contacts as a tab, then you can view the converstions in the tab that you have added. See the SMS-Magic Converse Admin Guide for information about configuring Converse Inbox.<br>\nFor example, if you have added Converse Inbox to the Contact page, then to view conversations with that contact, perform the following steps: \n<ol>\n\t<li><span class=\"f_NumberedList1\">On the Salesforce Home page, click<span>&nbsp;<\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"SMS-MagicConverse_Usermanual_1.56_img24\" width=\"22\" height=\"22\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.smsmagica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/icon-1.jpg\">. <\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span class=\"f_NumberedList1\">Under<span>&nbsp;<\/span>All Items, click<span>&nbsp;<\/span>Contacts. <\/span>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">Under Contacts click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.smsmagica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/icon-2.jpg\"> and then select <b>All Contacts<\/b> to view the complete contact record list.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n\t<li><span class=\"f_NumberedList1\"><span>Click a contact record.<\/span>\n<li><span class=\"f_NumberedList1\"><span>Click the <b>Converse Desk<\/b> tab to see the  conversation view under the record detail.<\/span><\/span><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.smsmagica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/view-from-record-details-12.jpg\"><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">View from Home Page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n\t<li><span class=\"f_NumberedList1\">On the Salesforce Home page, click<span>&nbsp;<\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"SMS-MagicConverse_Usermanual_1.56_img24\" width=\"22\" height=\"22\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.smsmagica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/icon-1.jpg\">.<\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span class=\"f_NumberedList1\">Click<span>&nbsp;<\/span>Sales Console. The Console page appears displaying a narrow panel at the bottom of the screen comprising the<span>&nbsp;<\/span>Conversation Viewand the<span>&nbsp;<\/span>History<span>&nbsp;<\/span>tab.<\/span><\/li>\n\t<li><span class=\"f_NumberedList1\">Click the<span>&nbsp;<\/span>Conversation View. The conversation list displaying the conversations belonging to the contact currently active on the Salesforce page appears.<\/span>\n&nbsp;\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">The Converse Inbox header bar color will vary depending on your selected theme for the Converse Desk.\nThe header bar also displays the notifications for all new incoming messages.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n\t<li><span class=\"f_NumberedList1\">Click<span>&nbsp;<\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"IconDnArrow01\" width=\"20\" height=\"22\" src=\"http:\/\/docs.smsmagica.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/icondnarrow01.jpg\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span>next to the contact name and then click<span>&nbsp;<\/span>All.
