In addition to these, it also helps users perform a host of other common marketing activities like create digital marketing campaigns, social marketing, Landing Page marketing, Search Engine Optimization and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Pardot platform can be integrated with SMS-Magic. This helps users send automated messages against a lead generation action by leveraging the SMS on Workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">The SMS on Workflow is an add-on package and is available only with an Automation Subscription.This package would soon be deprecated. In order to continue leveraging the benefits of this integration it is recommended that you upgrade to a higher version of SMS-Magic Converse.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Create an XML Configuration&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the integration process the first step you need to create an XML configuration using the SMS on Workflow add-on package. Follow the given procedure to configure the XML.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Log in to SMS-Magic Converse and switch to the Classic version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Go to &#8220;SMS on workflow&#8221; addon from the app drop-down on the top-right corner in your org.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click <strong>New SMS Workflow<\/strong>. The <strong>Create New Configuration<\/strong> <strong>for SMS Workflow <\/strong>page appears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/M0gKoBrEmWH54QTdX5c72bt8ksU3qJQjJ0EbP-Er_vQS7zZlfZRCCADWk_C_ASI73LKDmTKooNI54H16oK-BZOmoAlOnSpqWWD6SJMZiNY0K4sqdaiLm8nihhyMdr4ZOUjvYqd4\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Under <strong>Lead object<\/strong>, select the object.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Under <strong>Recipient Type<\/strong>, select Mobile phone field if you wish to send SMS to the Lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Under <strong>Available Recipients<\/strong>, select the relevant field (For example, <strong>Home Phone<\/strong>) that<strong> <\/strong>contains the contact number and move it to the <strong>Selected Recipients<\/strong> column.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Choose the relevant values for the following fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;Name<\/li><li>Sender&nbsp;ID&nbsp;<\/li><li>Template<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Click <strong>Create<\/strong>. A new XML will be created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Copy the XML configuration name to be used in the subsequent step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Configure XML Configuration Rule in Pardot<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In Pardot you need to configure the XML configuration name within a specific form that has been created to mark a customer behavior. You will also need to create a salesforce task, within that form, that will trigger the task related to this behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Log in to <strong>Pardot<\/strong> and select the Pardot Marketing form created to track customer behavior.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">You need to create a form if you do not already have one.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Under the <strong>Name<\/strong> tab, add the relevant details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click on the<strong> Fields<\/strong> tab. The <strong>Form Fields Preview<\/strong> tabbed page appears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/wEt95l6RrZx6vsSLXdgeg-cc-iwZrCCOK4YzZ_UlVX2DGZ0yGodgsGzEqg_hSWlv96aZ8saJ0axS0Tz1yQS9azxz2PECMqdw0VJtAGytL1mCj_7NH77hyp3JU2Dl4EOwVMiddvY\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Under <strong>Phone fields<\/strong>, configure the field to trigger an SMS. For example, Phone<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Under <strong>Completion Actions<\/strong> add the text content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Click <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"29\" height=\"31\" class=\"wp-image-4010\" style=\"width: 29px\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/11\/imageicon.png\" alt=\"\"> to create a new salesforce task. The Task creation fields appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/kL4xf3tnTaoIQzjR6k_8r3TJpLh_amQO90BpDusixc6aMVWFX8CdZIHk_kmCHWxOb5_xtIqxbgbosjhgNEuTsgdIBjgz1bNpoAfrAH5HRjBsdnMmoahDk6W6MiPy1cldGlkXCbY\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Type a subject for the task. For example, <strong>SMS nurture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Click <strong>Confirm and save<\/strong>.
