Therefore the incoming SMS is assigned to the OAuth user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Notification settings are not configured correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022The Previous message lookup did not happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Incoming SMS was received from an unknown number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022User does not have permissions for updating the Previous Lookup or the related SMS History<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Solution<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Do the following to resolve the issue:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Index all mobile fields.
