However, the campaign status remains unchanged and continues to display &#8220;Running&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Possible Causes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To investigate the reasons behind this issue, you can follow the given procedure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Under&nbsp;<strong>Setup<\/strong>, click&nbsp;<strong>Apex Jobs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.View&nbsp;<strong>Batch Jobs for this Bulk Campaign<\/strong>. The following error message appears:<br>\u201cFirst error: Semi join sub-selects are only allowed at the top level WHERE expressions and not in nested WHERE expressions.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the list view, filters records on the basis of the Campaign name, it creates a subquery in the WHERE clause. The subquery can be shown as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"692\" height=\"121\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/10\/bulk_subquery.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3921\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/10\/bulk_subquery.jpg 692w, https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/10\/bulk_subquery-300x52.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 692px) 100vw, 692px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>SMS-Magic Converse does not support a subquery in the WHERE clause which leads to this error and results in not processing the messages.
