As the System Administrator, you must install the app, configure it for business users and track the configured campaign. App configuration involves the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Install all published apps from the app library<\/li><li>Configure users for the installed apps<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"678\" height=\"253\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/02\/Configure-Apps-for-Campaigns.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4694\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/02\/Configure-Apps-for-Campaigns.jpg 678w, https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/02\/Configure-Apps-for-Campaigns-300x112.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 678px) 100vw, 678px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><div class=\"c-alert-message\">The right to configure apps is available only with the SMS-Magic Converse Admin and cannot be shared with any other user.<\/div><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n\t<li>Log in to Salesforce and click the <b>Campaign Manager<\/b> tab on the header row. The Campaign Manager home page appears.<\/li><br><p>\n\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/campaigns-apps-1.jpg\">\n\t<\/p>\n\t<li>Click\n\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/icon-24.jpg\">on the top right corner. The <b>Configure Apps for Campaigns<\/b> page appears.\n<\/li><br><p>\n\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/campaigns-apps-2.jpg\"><\/p>\n\t\t<div class=\"c-alert-message\">The SMS-Magic Converse App Library displays only apps that are published and active.\n\t\t\t<br>For additional apps not in the library, contact the SMS-Magic Administrator.<\/div>\n\t\n\t<li>Hover over the name and click <b>Install<\/b>. The <b>Installation <\/b>pop-up window appears.\n<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/campaigns-apps-3.jpg\"><\/p>\n\t<li>Click <b>Start Installation<\/b>. The installation process begins.<\/li>\n\t<li>On completion, the App appears under app library view as well as under <b>Configure Converse App<\/b>.\n<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/campaigns-apps-4.jpg\">\n\t<\/p>\n\t<li>Click Configure App under the relevant app you want to configure. The <b>Configure for Campaign<\/b> pop-up window appears.\n<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/campaigns-apps-5.jpg\">\n\t<\/p>\n\t<li>Type the app name and description.<\/li>\n\t<li>Under <b>Assign Users<\/b>, click within the field and select the users you want to assign to the app, from the drop-down list that appears.<\/li>\n\t<li>Click <b>Save<\/b>.
