In the SMS-Magic Converse application, click on the <strong>Converse Apps<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click on the App to open the app details page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. On the Message Flow configuration page, select the <strong>Flow Type<\/strong>. The type can be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Automation<\/li><li>Auto Reply<\/li><li>Notification to User<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Enter the name of the message flow in the <strong>Name <\/strong>field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Enter a short description of the message flow in the <strong>Description <\/strong>field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Select the phone type in the <strong>Phone <\/strong>Fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Select the sender ID in the <strong>Sender ID<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Select the action trigger in the Message <strong>Flow Trigger<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Select the template in the <strong>Template <\/strong>field. The text of the template is displayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. In addition to these, if you select <strong>Auto Reply<\/strong> or <strong>Notification to User<\/strong> as the flow type options, you need to enter values for the <strong>Keyword <\/strong>field. The keyword will be defined by you and will be specific to your business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12.
