It will set up the SMS magic account for your organization users or user groups.  Select the right subscription plan as per your requirements. Then configure the remote site settings for the user\u2019s Salesforce organization. Follow the steps below as shown.<\/p>\n<h4>Access SMS-Magic Converse<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to Salesforce.<\/li>\n<li>To access the SMS-Magic Converse, do one of the following:\n<ul>\n<li>For Salesforce Lightning users, click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/icon-1.jpg\"> on the top left corner to access the App Launcher.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/reg-n-rem-setng-1.59-1.jpg\"><\/p>\n<\/p><li>For Salesforce Classic user, click SMS-Magic Converse from the App menu on the top right corner of the Salesforce dashboard.<\/li><br><p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/reg-n-rem-setng-1.59-2.jpg\"><\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, you can also click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/icon-21.jpg\"> to access the Converse Settings page.<\/li>\n<li>Select the SMS-Magic Converse. The SMS-Magic Converse Home page appears.<\/li><\/ol>\n<h4> Register SMS-Magic Converse<\/h4>\n<ol><li>Log in to Salesforce and access SMS-Magic Converse.<\/li>\n<li>Select the Converse Settings tab.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/reg-n-rem-setng-1.59-3.jpg\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">During the registration process, the Admin will need to interact with important pop-up windows and should, therefore, disable any browser pop-up blocker.<\/td>\n<\/div>\n<li>On the <strong>Registration &amp; Remote Site Setting<\/strong> page select the server location from the drop-down menu.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>I agree to the Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong>.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/reg-n-rem-setng-1.59-5.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <strong>Register<\/strong>. The <strong>Salesforce Allow Access?<\/strong> pop-up appears providing further configuration details.<\/li><br>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">An email is sent to the registered email ID of the account.<\/td>\n<\/div>\n<li>Click <strong>Allow<\/strong>. The <strong>Account Configuration Confirmation<\/strong> pop-up appears.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/reg-n-rem-setng-1.59-6.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <strong>Go To Salesforce<\/strong>. The <strong>Registration &amp; Remote Site Setting<\/strong> page appears.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/reg-n-rem-setng-1.59-7.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>The <strong>Registration &amp; Remote Site Setting<\/strong> page displays the API Key assigned to the account.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/reg-n-rem-setng-1.59-8.jpg\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">Due to pop-up blockers, the&nbsp;app.sms-magic.com may not be automatically synced with Salesforce. Disable the pop-up blocker and click&nbsp; Refresh to check if registration is successful.<\/div>\n<\/li><\/ol>\n<h4>Setup Remote Site<\/h4>\n<ol><li>Log in to Salesforce and access SMS-Magic Converse.<\/li>\n<li>Select the Converse Settings tab.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/reg-n-rem-setng-1.59-9.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>On the <b>Registration &amp; Remote Site Setting<\/b> page select <b>Remote Site Settings<\/b>.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/reg-n-rem-setng-1.59-10.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <b>Configure<\/b>.
