The application allows the user to do the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p_Bullet1\">Reply to<span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"f_Bullet1\">email notification without logging in to the Salesforce platform.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p_Bullet1\"><span class=\"f_Bullet1\">To set up<span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/span>an organization-wide email address to route reply for notifications to the Salesforce email services address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"p_Heading1Blue\"><strong><span class=\"f_Heading1Blue\">Prerequisite<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p_Normal\">Some of the prerequisites for a manual setup for reply notification are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p_Bullet1\">Install the email-to-<span class=\"f_Bullet1\">text package in the Salesforce platform.
