  1. From the Salesforce navigation on the top right click and then click Setup<\/b>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Object Manager<\/b> by:\n

    • Using the Quick Find \/ Search field<\/b>, or<\/li>\n
    • Selecting Objects and Fields > Object Manager<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/li>

    • Click a record page. Record page can be Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, and so on.\n<\/li>

    • Click Buttons, Links, and Actions<\/b>.\n<\/li>

      <\/p>\n

    • Click New Button or Link<\/b>.\n<\/li>

      <\/p>\n

    • On New Button or Link<\/b> page enter the details for the button.\n<\/li>

      FIELD<\/th>DESCRIPTION<\/th><\/tr>
      Label<\/td>This field is the label of the button. For example, Send Msg or Send Bulk Msg.<\/td><\/tr>
      Name<\/td>This field auto-populates based on what is in the Label<\/strong> field.<\/td><\/tr>
      Description<\/td>This field is a description of what the button is for.<\/td><\/tr>
      Display Type<\/td>There are 3 options to choose from:

      – Detail Page Link<\/b>

      – Detail Page Button<\/b>
      \n
      – List Button<\/b>
      \n
      1. Select Detail Page Button<\/b> for single SMS.

      2. Select List Button<\/b> for bulk SMS.

      Behavior<\/td>For this field select according to the requirements of the organization. There are 5 options to choose from:

      – Display in new window<\/b>
      \n
      – Display in existing window with sidebar<\/b>

      – Display in existing window without sidebar<\/b>

      – Display in existing window without sidebar or header<\/b>
      \n
      – Execute JavaScript<\/b>
