The <b>Reply Using Canned Responses<\/b> pop-up window appears.\n<\/li><br><p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/canned-responses-1.59-3.jpg\"><\/p>\n\t<li>Under <b>Users and Profiles<\/b>, type any three letters of the User name or profile and select the relevant name from the list that appears.<\/li>\n\t<li>Under <b>Do you want to enable Canned Responses?<\/b> click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/icon-14.jpg\"> and select <b>Yes<\/b> if you want to enable this feature.<\/li>\n\n\t<li>Click <b>Save<\/b>.
