The Converse Templates page appears.<\/li>\n<li>Select the check box next to the template which you want to assign to a new owner. The template is selected.<\/li><br>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">\nSelect multiple check boxes and click <b>Change Owner<\/b> on the top right-hand corner if you want to change owners of multiple templates.<\/div>\n<li>Click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/icon-14.jpg\"> and then select <b>Change Owner<\/b>. The Change Owner pop-up window appears.<\/li><br><p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/change-template-owner-1.59-1.png\"><\/p>\n<li>Type the first three letters to search for the user you want to move the template to. The search results appear as a drop-down list.<\/li>\n<li>Select a <b>User<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Clear the <b>Send notification email<\/b> check box if you do not want to send an email notifying the user of being assigned as the template owner.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Submit<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Log in to the SMS-Magic Converse application.
