However, you may wish to manually terminate or cancel its ongoing status and mark it as complete before it reaches its defined completion stage. A campaign that is manually completed will not be completing all its scheduled runs and will generate results accordingly.<\/p>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">Once you mark a campaign as complete it will not be available for further modifications.<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>Search for an ongoing campaign. The campaign appears in your search result.<\/li>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">Refer to the section of <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/knowledge-base\/view-campaigns\/\">View Campaigns<\/a> for more details on searching for campaigns.<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/mark-campaigns-1.59-1.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/icon-17.jpg\"> next to the ongoing campaign and click <b>Mark Complete<\/b> from the drop-down menu that appears. The confirmation pop-up window appears.<\/li>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/mark-campaigns-1.59-2.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <b>Yes<\/b>.
