The Modify Converse App page appears.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/add-message-flow-1.59-2.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Click <b>Add Flow<\/b> to add another message flow. The New Message Flow section appears.<\/li><br><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/add-message-flow-1.59-4.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>Enter the details to create a new message flow. Refer to the following table for more details on the individual field descriptions.<br>\n<table class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th>FIELD<\/th>\n<th>DESCRIPTION<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Flow type<\/td>\n<td>In the drop-down list, select the type of message flow you want.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Keyword<\/td>\n<td>Enter the keyword for the message flow.This is required only for the <strong>Auto-Reply<\/strong> and <strong>Notification to User<\/strong> flow type.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Name<\/td>\n<td>Enter the name of the flow.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Description<\/td>\n<td>Enter a short description of the flow.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Phone Fields<\/td>\n<td>Select the mobile phone number.This is required for the Automation flow type.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Sender ID<\/td>\n<td>Click to add the Sender ID from the drop-down list that appears.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Message Flow Trigger<\/td>\n<td>Click to define the message flow trigger.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Template<\/td>\n<td>Click to select the template for the message flow.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Create<\/b>. The new flow is added to the app and appears as shown.<br><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/add-message-flow-1.59-5.jpg\"><br>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">You can modify the message flow status defined in Converse Apps from the Campaign Manager interface. Click <b>Draft<\/b> and select the appropriate status from the drop-down list to update the message flow status. The available options are:\n<ul>\n<li><b>Draft<\/b> \u2013 This is the default status when you save a message flow.<\/li>\n<li><b>Paused<\/b> \u2013 This will pause the actions before completion.<\/li>\n<li><b>Archive<\/b> \u2013 This will archive all actions in the message flow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the Campaign Builder page, under Converse App, click Select.
