The converse app selection fields appear.<\/li><br>\n<li>Under <b>Trigger Message<\/b>, click <b>Select<\/b> to define the message template that needs to be sent out to trigger customer response during the campaign.<\/li><br>\n<li>Hover over the template you wish to add to your campaign and click <b>Select and Modify<\/b>. The Modify Template panel appears.<\/li><br>\n<li>Enter the following details:\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Under <b>Template Name<\/b>, enter a name for the template.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Under <b>Template Text<\/b>, enter the new text you want to assign to the template.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Under <b>Sender ID<\/b>, select the relevant Sender ID.<\/li>\n\t\t<\/ul>\n<\/li><li>Click <b>Add to Campaign<\/b>. The Campaign Builder page appears displaying the selected template.<\/li><br>\n<li>Under <b>Converse App<\/b>, click <b>Select<\/b> to associate the converse app that will help you run the campaign.<\/li><br>\n<li>Hover over the Converse App and then click <b>Modify<\/b>. The Modify Converse App page appears.<\/li><br>\n<li>Click <b>Add Flow<\/b> to add another message flow. The Message flow edit page appears. For information about adding message flow, see <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.txtbox.in\/docs\/salesforce\/knowledge-base\/add-message-flow\/\">Add Message Flow<\/a>.\n<\/li><br>\n<li>Click  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/11\/iconedit01.jpg\">.<\/li>\n<li>Edit the following details:\n\t\t<ul>\n\t\t\t<li>Under <b>Description<\/b>, enter a brief objective for the campaign.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Under <b>Sender Id<\/b>, select the Sender ID to whom you want to send the campaign.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Under <b>Template<\/b>, select the existing template.<\/li>\n\t\t\t<li>Click <b>Edit<\/b> next to the Template text. The text is updated.\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">\nIt is important to test the Sender ID for every template as it varies for different organizations.\n<\/div>\n<ul><li>Click <b>Save Changes<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Save &amp; Add to Campaign<\/b>.
