The list of conversations appear.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>New Custom Inbox<\/b>. The Default list view appears under the <b>Conversations<\/b> tab.<\/li><br>&nbsp;\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">To view this feature, the Custom Filter should be selected while configuring the Converse Desk Layout. Contact your System Administrator to enable this feature.<\/div>\n\n<li>Click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/icon-14.jpg\"> to change list view to All from the header.<\/li>\n<li>Click <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/icon-15.jpg\"> and then click <b>New<\/b> under the <b>List View Controls<\/b> menu that appears. The New List View appears.<\/li>\n<li>Under <b>List Name<\/b>, enter the name you want to assign to the list.<\/li>\n<li>Under <b>List API Name<\/b>, enter the API name for the list.<\/li>\n<li>Select the user group to whom you want to make this list available. The available options are:\n<ul>\n<li><b>Only I can see this view<\/b> &#8211; Click this to make the list view available to you<\/li>\n<li><b>All users can see this list view<\/b> &#8211; Click this to make the list view available to all users in your organization<\/li>\n<li><b>Share list view with group of users<\/b> &#8211; Click this to make the list view available to selected teams within your organization. You can select the relevant teams from the list that appears.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Save<\/b>. The custom list view is created and the filter screen appears.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Add Filter<\/b>. The add filter fields appear.<\/li>\n<li>Under <b>Field<\/b>, click the drop-down menu to select the field by which you want to filter conversations for including it in the list view.<\/li>\n<li>Under <b>Operator<\/b>, click the drop-down menu to select the filter operator.<\/li>\n<li>Under <b>Value<\/b>, enter the value by which you want to filter the conversations.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Done<\/b>. The filter conditions appear as shown.<\/li>\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">You can add a filter logic to select more specific conversations.<\/div>\n<li>Click <b>Save<\/b> to create the custom Inbox.<\/li>\n<li>On the Converse Desk, click <b>Inbox<\/b>. The available lists appear.<\/li>\n<li>Search for the Custom Inbox view you have created. The search results appear.<\/li>\n<li>Click the custom Inbox list view name you have created.
