Contact your System Administrator to understand the permission status of individual users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<li>Select all the conversations that you want to assign.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Assign Conversation<\/b>. The <b>Assign Conversation<\/b> dialog box appears displaying the number of conversations you have selected for assigning.<\/li><br><p>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/docs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/08\/assign-conv-1.59-3.jpg\"><\/p>\n<li>In the search box, enter the first three initials of the user to whom you want to assign the conversations.<\/li>\n<li>Select the user name.<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Assign<\/b>.
