This section enables you to create condition-based rules to generate alerts. When a rule condition is evaluated to TRUE an alert is generated and an email is sent to the registered email address as a notification. A list of alerts generated is visible in the Alert History<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Create an Alert<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. Click on the Alerts button on the Dashboard to move to the Alerts and Subscription Management screen<\/li>
  2. Click on the Add New Alert <\/strong>button<\/li>
  3. Select alert evaluation frequency in the “from<\/strong>” and \u201cto<\/strong>\u201d fields for hourly alerts<\/li>
  4. Select alert evaluation frequency “at<\/strong>” time for daily and weekly alerts<\/li>
  5. Select day(s) for sending the alert <\/li>
  6. Select “IF<\/strong>” condition<\/li>
  7. Select “Operator<\/strong>” value<\/li>
  8. Set the “Trigger<\/strong>” value<\/li>
  9. Set the value for “In last<\/strong>” field<\/li>
  10. Select value for “Hours<\/strong> \/ Days<\/strong>“<\/li>
  11. Select AND<\/strong>\/OR<\/strong> in the Alert you were creating above to add in additional condition and follow step 6 to step 10<\/li>
  12. Click on the Done<\/strong> button<\/li>
  13. A new Rule is now created in the list of \u201cAlert Subscription<\/strong>\u201d<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    IF CONDITION OPTIONS<\/strong><\/td>DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
    Number of outgoing messages<\/td>Displays the total number of messages sent excluding queued messages (outgoing messages).<\/td><\/tr>
    Message delivery success rate <\/td>Displays graphical representation of the rate of successfully delivered messages excluding queued messages.<\/td><\/tr>
    Total credits used<\/td>Displays the total number of credits used to send messages.<\/td><\/tr>
    Total number of outgoing messages failed <\/td>Number of outgoing messages minus the total number of successfully delivered messages.<\/td><\/tr>
    Number of incoming messages<\/td>Displays the number of incoming messages received and synced successfully with the CRM.<\/td><\/tr>
    Average Credits used per message<\/td>Total credits used divided by the number of outgoing messages.<\/td><\/tr>

    Edit an Alert<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Click on theicon on the Alert that you would like to edit and click on the Edit button<\/strong><\/li>
    2. Select alert evaluation frequency “from<\/strong>” and \u201cto<\/strong>\u201d time for hourly alerts<\/li>
    3. Select alert evaluation frequency “at<\/strong>” time for daily and weekly alerts<\/li>
    4. Select day(s) for sending the Alert<\/li>

    11. Click on the Save Changes<\/strong> button<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Delete an Alert<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      1. Click on the icon on the Alert that you would like to delete and click on the Delete button<\/strong><\/li>
      2. Click on the Confirm <\/strong>button and the Alert will be deleted<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
