View your available\/used licenses and invite more users as per business requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can view the License details by selecting Account ID and the License Type with ease. A count of the Total licenses and Available Licenses is shown next to License Type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>User Details<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All the users in the selected Account are listed in the User Details list. You can carry out the following actions here \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Invite User<\/li><li>Change User Role<\/li><li>Remove License<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/kfYGzgugZg18RJavi2BjGWmidMEcuVRo0BIm5Lh-d6rNK5z1bmidN5vWtSiA5bxDI_Phq0sesF787XgstnnsnOQX98rpJgPea8TIe648TuQKC38ajkC57CDr8DuxbgJUXII4tas\" alt=\"A screenshot of a cell phone\n\nDescription automatically generated\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Invite User<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the below steps to add\/invite a new user to your account \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on Invite User<\/li><li>If you have enough Available licenses, you will be able to invite a new user. If not, kindly contact <a href=\"mailto:care@screen-magic.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">care@screen-magic.com<\/a> to purchase more user licenses.<\/li><li>Add the email address of users you wish to invite one by one<\/li><li>The count of Available Licenses will keep on updating as you add users<\/li><li>Click on Invite.
