    You can view the Incoming and Outgoing Messages Report under the respective tabs for SMS channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \nAll the WhatsApp outgoing and incoming messages are also visible under the SMS channel tab.\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    You can see more details for each outgoing and incoming record in the Report, by clicking on the Info icon in the Details column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
