Contacts Manager allows you to manage your contacts individually and create a Group of contacts. Individual Contacts are useful while having a direct conversation with the customers. Group of Contacts are useful to send Bulk Campaigns to a targeted audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can add a maximum of 1000 contacts. To add more contacts to the Contacts Manager, please contact care@screen-magic.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add a Single Contact<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  • Click on the \u2018Add Contact\u2019 button<\/li>
  • Type in Full Name of the Contact<\/li>
  • Type in Contact Number along with the ISD code. e.g.: 9198***64756<\/li>
  • Type in Email ID. (This is optional)<\/li>
  • Click on the \u2018 Add\u2019 button<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Add Contacts in Bulk<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on the Import CSV button<\/li>
    • You can either browse or drag and drop the CSV file. (file needs to be in .csv format). The CSV can contain a maximum of  1000 records.<\/li>
    • Click on the \u2018Next\u2019 button<\/li>
    • Select the relevant columns in CSV to map the data with the fields of Contacts Manager<\/li>
    • If you wish to add all the Contacts in CSV to a single group, select the Group from the dropdown<\/li>
    • Click on the \u2018Save\u2019 button<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \nYour Uploaded CSV file:\n
      • Should have Mobile Numbers of Recipients with the ISD code<\/li>
      • Should not have duplicates<\/li><\/ul>\n <\/div>\n\n\n\n

        All Contacts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        • You can view all the contacts added for the SMS-Magic account under the \u2018All Contacts\u2019 section<\/li>
        • All Contacts list is public and is visible to all Admin and Standard users of that account<\/li>
        • You can see Name, Number, Email Address of the contact<\/li>
        • You can also see the Group to which the contact is added<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Edit a Contact<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          • Click  and select Edit Contact<\/li>
          • Modify the details<\/li>
          • Click on the \u2018Save\u2019 button<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Delete a Contact<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            • Click  and select Delete Contact<\/li>
            • Confirm by clicking on the \u2018Delete\u2019 button<\/li>
            • Deleting a contact deletes it from All Contacts and Contact Group both<\/li>
            • You can also select multiple contacts and Delete them at once<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Search Contacts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
              • You can search matching Contacts using the Search Bar by typing in Name or Number<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Create Contact Group<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                • Click on + Create Group<\/strong> on the Left Panel<\/li>
                • Enter Group Name. Group Name must be unique across the SMS-Magic account.<\/li>
                • Click on the \u2018Save\u2019 button<\/li>
                • Contact Group\u2019s visibility and access are private to a user who created them<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  View Groups<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                  • The created Groups are listed on the Left Panel under section Groups<\/li>
                  • Click on a Group name to see the Contacts added in that Group<\/li>
                  • You can search for a contact in the Group using Name or Number<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    Add Contact\/s to Group<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                    • Select one or more contacts from All Contacts<\/li>
                    • Click on Add to Group icon<\/li>
                    • Click on the Group you want the contacts to be added from the dropdown list.<\/li>
                    • Click on the \u2018Apply\u2019 button<\/li>
                    • The contacts will be added to the selected Group<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      Move Contacts within Groups<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                      • Select one or more contacts from a Group<\/li>
                      • Click on Add to Group icon<\/li>
                      • Click on the Group you want the contacts to be added from the dropdown list<\/li>
                      • Click on the \u2018Apply\u2019 button<\/li>
                      • The contacts will be moved to the selected Group<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        Remove Contacts from Group<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                        • Select one or more contacts from a Group<\/li>
                        • Click on Add to Group icon<\/li>
                        • De-select the Group in which the contacts exist.<\/li>
                        • Click on the \u2018Apply\u2019 button.<\/li>
