You can see the outgoing and&nbsp; incoming messages in a selected conversation. Follow the below steps to open the conversation window for a conversation and start chatting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on the conversation in My Inbox\/Sent Messages\/Team Inbox you wish to view or send a message<\/li><li>You can view the outgoing and incoming messages in this conversation&nbsp; separated with Date and Time<\/li><li>You can type in your message in the compose box, at the bottom of the Conversation Window and Send the message<\/li><li>You can use Emoticons while composing the message<\/li><li>You can use saved Message Templates of type Conversation<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/M4Mo2ccHRTxYeh9_ER9403uYC32s5QVOD4iFC9c09jFUIZ432_ouLmWVxiys4dG7JNjq2FPrQSiBp1cYOi0gfz06Wje2dEKDF_aYeBOOLh78nLuyXwnZH2Mtp-Kt_-btSC_oC24\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Read\/Unread Conversation\/s<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can mark your conversations as Read\/Unread in My Inbox and Sent Messages. Select one or more conversations to mark them as Read\/Unread.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Search for Conversations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can type in Name or Mobile Number to search a conversation in My Inbox and Sent Messages. Hit Enter or click on the Search Icon to begin the search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Save \/ Edit a Contact<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For a conversation from\/to an unknown recipient in My Inbox and Sent Messages, if required, you can directly save that recipient as a contact in Contacts Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also edit an existing contact from the Converse Desk directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/o42dZFoFMjzDqM2kPxzveQzzrhCwlrOWyKqNd3fOU3fP-KDIIEyAD86FBNLPWwRLYVTnmOMOQOhohNeYFP6qUNstjHzJ0LX8vSn4wPjhVLVZFJ2kjjEKzDPEOokQkMESAZG5uTs\" alt=\"A screenshot of a cell phone\n\nDescription automatically generated\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Assign Conversation\/s<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin Users can assign one or more conversations from My Inbox and from Inboxes of Standard users to any other standard user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can select the standard user you want to assign the conversation to from the dropdown in the Assign Conversation dialog box.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the conversation is assigned, it will be moved to the assigned user\u2019s Inbox, thus transferring the ownership of the conversation to the assigned user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"c-notes-message\">\n<strong>Note:<\/strong>\n        <ul><li>Conversations are created in Converse Desk, only when an incoming is received on the sent Campaign message&nbsp;<\/li><li>SMS is not sent to Opted-out recipients<\/li><li>SMS is not sent outside Business-Hours<\/li><li>You cannot Delete Conversations<\/li><\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Limitations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>SMS and WhatsApp messages cannot be differentiated and identified visually. You can do so by checking the Sender ID used to send\/receive the message.<\/li><li>The conversations are moved in the same state (Read\/Unread) to a user\u2019s inbox on assignment.<\/li><li>Converse Desk Tab on Web Portal needs to be active\/selected, to receive Browser tab incoming notifications.
