You can track the subscribed customers and manage your keywords at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being compliant with Anti-spam guidelines makes sure that you only send&nbsp; messages to customers who have subscribed to your services.&nbsp; SMS Subscription management protects your brand from accusations of spam or unethical practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enable or Disable the Subscription Management using the toggle button in the top right corner of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/NoEwqLH4pEHwJ0a-KM7c6NkkVraCSa7MyHwVxXWe_M1AvJ6RWg5cna6h1ypZa9-7hZUaUyoQ4bb8c-j3FNP_-ksOGSe51G1CqERBSDLLvCCw6YN0sHL4xUcl5tr6Lq5EhqAIsGY\" alt=\"A screenshot of a cell phone\n\nDescription automatically generated\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>SMS-Magic allows you to choose an Opt-Out preference, based on which the customers will be considered unsubscribed and we will not be sending messages to them from your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. System Wide Opt-Out<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sender ID won&#8217;t be taken into consideration while sending SMS. If a particular number is opted-out then messages won&#8217;t be sent from any of the numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Sender-ID wise Opt-Out<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subscription status would be based on a particular sender ID. Also, the user would be able to send a message from a different Sender ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/lZeaHQFfMy1sGvV5kjrDUltpxSFO6MKTvKMjXR2NJjDV4UVS2xETVuns0XiW-PzKxcd83QA6kW5UfYA_meKwRGVEFGnFyhVkLKlBwOh-qAcJ79dd-Yb1G1Kt0d_a3rbNxrRnguY\" alt=\"A screenshot of a cell phone  Description automatically generated\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can manage your Subscription List in 2 ways \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Add Single Subscriber and the subscription status manually<\/li><li>Import Subscriber and their subscription status from a CSV<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To add a Subscriber manually, follow the below steps \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on Add Subscriber(s)<\/li><li>Select Add Single Subscriber. By default, it will be selected<\/li><li>Enter Mobile Number of the subscriber<\/li><li>Enter the subscription status of the subscriber (Subscribed \/ Unsubscribed)<\/li><li>Select a source from where you obtained the subscription status of the subscriber<\/li><li>Add a source description if required<\/li><li>In case of Sender-ID wise Opt-Out preference, add a Sender ID for which you want to add the subscriber. In the case of System-Wide Opt-Out, adding Sender Id is optional.<\/li><li>Click on the \u2018Add\u2019 button<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/3lDOv-fJWzCpa4JMXPuecXtJ-T-GilqshyAGJAjLtg5nBtu4uUl5EYhw9xsOXKWxbKaenV-e-3z3NGASZxM3QJY2bS8uFOAgDQcJVEQFdlMgGtYEaKws0i4_e0ck3Xa-SWEOy8c\" alt=\"A screenshot of a cell phone\n\nDescription automatically generated\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To import a CSV with subscribers and their subscription status, follow the below steps \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click on Add Subscriber(s)<\/li><li>Select Import from CSV<\/li><li>Upload a CSV file&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"c-alert-message\">\nYou can upload a CSV file with a maximum of 1000 records.\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Download the Sample CSV file to upload a CSV which is in the same format as the Sample file.<\/li><li>Click on the \u2018Upload\u2019 button<\/li><li>The summary of the number of Successful and Failed upload of records will be shown<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/plAm8VYJd_Ufy6Ct-bjN_TD7iksjNZO3nfo6vfkJSv8xhlz-xSLrhydnkdPeC2wGz15ftRwRdnGfFNcySuu47d4GprhnLyPq4rQ61gJZ5IjOxwosg7XRBnKhYDfq9aFZwN2CBbo\" alt=\"A screenshot of a cell phone  Description automatically generated\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can search using a Phone or a Mobile Number in the List of Subscribers, to find out the subscription status of a desired customer. A count of Subscribed and Unsubscribed customer is shown on the top of the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Download Subscription List<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The consents of your customer can be downloaded in CSV file format using Download Subscription List capability. You can download a subscription list over a period of 6 months from the available subscribers data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the below steps to download your Subscription List created over a period of time \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Click on Download List<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Select Start Date and End date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click on Download.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Subscription List for the selected time period will be downloaded on your Browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Keyword Management<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can manage your subscriptions by defining keywords. When you receive a keyword in the incoming message the subscription is registered against the response automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The defined auto-responses will be sent as per the keywords received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You have a few pre-existing Keyword of following types\u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Opt-Out \u2013 STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On receiving any of the above Keywords, the customer is marked as Unsubscribed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Opt-In \u2013 START, SUBSCRIBE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On receiving any of the above Keywords, the customer is marked as Subscribed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Help \u2013 HELP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On receiving the above Keyword, the auto-reply set will be sent. The customer\u2019s mobile number will not be added to the Subscription List.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can see the Auto Replies defined at each Keyword. Enable or Disable the Auto-Reply by using the Toggle Button given next to each Keyword.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To Modify the Auto-Reply message, click on Modify. Add a Custom Reply for the Keyword and click on the \u2018Save\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To Delete the Keyword, click on the \u2018Delete\u2019 button.
